About the city of Hadera
Hadera establishes its status as an attractive city for families who find it a quality of life at a reasonable price.
The increase in the size of the Israeli population, together with the surge in housing prices over the past decade and the reduction of the stock of land reserves for residential construction (especially in the center) – stretch the borders of the center of the country northward.
Hadera's relative distance from Tel Aviv left Hadera with a much more moderate price increase than in Gush Dan. Add to this the proximity to the sea, and you get a new apartment with a dream quality of life at a price that a young family can afford.

The land is located near the Park neighborhood and the Beit Eliezer neighborhood.

Hadera Master Plan 2020
In 2014, the master plan for the city of Hadera was approved, and the municipality is already implementing the plans and vision on the ground. As evidence, we are witnessing the growth of residential buildings throughout the city and the construction of learning and enrichment centers and recreation, leisure and cultural areas.
The 2014 master plan approves the addition of 15,000 apartments in 24 complexes that will be concentrated in the western and central parts of the city, creating contiguity between the neighborhoods and connecting the city to the sea.
Alongside the master plan, which focuses on construction in the city center and west, the Ministry of the Interior and the Israel Land Authority are promoting construction in East Jerusalem. Thus, intensive construction of new complexes in a variety of locations in Hadera is expected.

The land being promoted is privately owned agricultural land, which is part of the Hadera Municipality's comprehensive master plan for the development of the city.
The entrepreneurial company took under its wing 87 dunams for the development, planning and promotion of the land.
The project will be promoted as a specific zoning plan by the entrepreneurial company in collaboration with the management company, a leading law firm and a local appraisal firm. This gives the transaction a faster and higher increase in asset value than usual.
