About the area

Tzur Natan is a cooperative moshav belonging to the Southern Sharon Regional Council
In the 1990s, the moshav promoted a plan to build 2,300 housing units on the moshav's agricultural land
And in 2005, the cornerstone was laid for what later (2012) officially became the community settlement of Tzur Yitzhak, which also belongs to the Southern Sharon Regional Council and is located west of Tzur Natan.

Why invest in the Sharon Quarter project?

An area in development.

Proximity to main traffic arteries (Route 6).

The land itself is located only about 400 meters from a built-up residential neighborhood, which creates a continuum of planning and urban construction.

The soil is in an urban fabric.

The land is promoted as a specific zoning plan.

The land is private and registered in your name in the land registry.

200 sqm per ground unit.

An attorney who accompanies all project buyers.

High standard of living (according to data from the National Insurance Institute in the region)

Why invest in private land?

Land reserves in Israel are generally limited, of which 96% are administrative land, while only about 4% of them are private and registered in the name of the purchaser in the Land Registry and are not leased from the state.
The growing need for housing solutions and on the other hand land strategically located in a developing area enable us to promote the land as a specific zoning plan
And go – enter the world of real estate with accessible capital and tremendous potential to make money on your money
